Childhood obesity is at an all time high and a major concern of parents and teachers alike. Turn on the TV, read the newspaper or your favorite magazine and you’ll hear of America’s childhood obesity epidemic. There is plenty of talk and media coverage for the problem yet very little solution. At Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense we have the solution.
