Tasty Brown Rice

- brown rice
- low sodium/ low fat vegetable or chicken broth or stock
- water
- pine nuts or no salt added roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 small tomato diced
Preparation:
- Cook rice according to package instructions using a stock/water combination that suits your taste
- add pine nuts or sunflower seeds when you add the rice to the water/stock
- With only about 10-15 minutes left to cook, add the diced tomatoes
